1. Parties
Provider: Portal de la Villa AJ, Vereda Salitre Blanco Bajo, La Magdalena road, Villeta, Cundinamarca. Guest: the individual who makes the booking and/or uses the facilities.
2. Rates
Monday to Thursday: $600,000 COP per night. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays: $700,000 COP per night. High season: from $700,000 COP per night (subject to availability). Rates are for 2 guests and include use of the cabin facilities and breakfast. Extra guest (adult or child): $100,000 COP per person per night, on a sofa bed (maximum 2 extra guests).
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 12:00 noon. Late arrival or late departure must be agreed in advance.
4. Booking and payment
A payment of 50% of the total stay via Bre-B transfer is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid at check-in. No refunds are given; only one date change is allowed under the cabin policies.
5. House rules
Maximum capacity: 4 guests (2 included in the rate and up to 2 extra on a sofa bed). We are pet friendly: pets are welcome under their owners' responsibility and may not enter the pool or jacuzzi. No parties or unauthorised events. Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No smoking indoors.
6. Acceptance
By making a booking, the guest accepts the terms and conditions of this lodging agreement and the cabin policies.
