1. Commitment
Portal de la Villa AJ absolutely rejects any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and undertakes to report any suspicious situation to the authorities, in accordance with Colombian Laws 679 of 2001 and 1336 of 2009.
2. Minors' entry
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If they travel with an adult who is not their parent, the corresponding notarised permission is required.
3. Use of facilities
Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially when using the jacuzzi and the pool.
4. Reporting
If you know of any situation that puts a minor at risk, you can report it to ICBF on line 141 or to the National Police on line 123.
