2. Data we collect
The data you provide voluntarily: when you contact us (name, phone, email and message), when you book online (name, mobile, email, ID, city, dates, number of guests and the deposit receipt) and when you check in online (identification details of each guest, photos of ID documents, vehicle plate and emergency contact). We do not collect card details: the deposit is paid by Bre-B transfer from your bank.
3. Purpose
To manage and confirm bookings, register guests as required by tourist accommodation regulations, answer enquiries, send information about your stay (including the breakfast menu) and improve our services.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, the performance of the lodging agreement and compliance with legal obligations, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
5. Retention and security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). ID document photos are stored encrypted, only the cabin's management can see them, and they are deleted automatically one year after the stay.
6. Your rights
